LITVA'S Jewelry Wholesale Policies

Orders and Payment: Opening order minimum is $150. Reorder minimum is $100. All products are available individually. Payment is due before shipment. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. Net 30 terms are available to established accounts after 3 completed orders paid in full.

Lead Times: Ready-to-Ship items ship within 1-2 business days. Current Made-to-Order lead time is 1-2 weeks. Beaded Luxury pieces may require an additional 2-4 weeks depending on order size. Combined orders ship when all pieces are complete.

Shipping: All orders ship via USPS, fully insured, from Springfield, MO to all U.S. addresses. Please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery and added security. USPS Ground Advantage is also available for smaller orders at your discretion. Free shipping on all orders over $500. Free shipping orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

What's Included With Every Order: Every order includes Care Tips cards and Artist Bio cards to share with your customers at checkout. One complimentary piece of jewelry is included with every order.

Packaging: All jewelry ships in LITVA'S branded packaging. Pieces that do not risk tangling are grouped in leopard print paper bags, reusable and recyclable. Delicate pieces are individually packaged to prevent tangling. If your displays do not accommodate branded packaging, please include a note with your order to avoid unnecessary waste.

Reseller Policy: LITVA'S Jewelry resellers must sell direct to consumer only. All online sales must be through your own company-owned website. The following are strictly prohibited: third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay, drop-shipping platforms, classified or social selling sites, and bulk sales to other wholesalers or B2B accounts.

Returns and Exchanges:

Defective items: May be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by LITVA'S Jewelry.

Non-custom items: Items in original, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days at the buyer's expense, subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, exchanges are accepted in lieu of returns. Exchanges must be accompanied by a minimum reorder, items must be in excellent condition, and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Exchange items must be received before the new order ships.

Custom items: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
