Every custom piece is handcrafted exclusively for you.

Custom orders at LITVA'S Jewelry are a personal collaboration between you and Sandra. Because each piece is made to your exact specifications using carefully selected materials, please review the following before placing your order:

Payment: Custom orders are paid in full at the time of ordering. Your payment confirms your order and reserves your place in the creation queue.

No Discounts or Promotions: Discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to custom orders. Each custom piece is individually priced to reflect the materials, time, and artistry involved.

Production Time: Custom orders typically require 1 to 2 weeks for creation, depending on complexity. You will be notified when your piece is complete and ready to ship.

Changes and Cancellations: Because work begins promptly after payment is received, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is confirmed. Please ensure all details, including length, pattern, and materials, are agreed upon before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: Custom orders are final sale. Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact Sandra within 48 hours of delivery and it will be made right.
