Ready to ship pieces will go out in 1-3 business days after purchase. Custom (made to order) pieces require 1-14 business days (up to 2 weeks) for creation and will then be shipped promptly.
Your order will be wrapped in black tissue paper, shipped in a Litva's Jewelry gift box tied with string and placed in a secure bubble mailer or box (depending on the size of your order)
Packages shipped within U.S. using USPS and typically arrive in 2-6 business days depending on your selected shipping preference at checkout.
International packages are shipped using USPS as well; shipping times will vary from 1-8 weeks. Please be aware of your country's policies and customs fees as these are the responsibility of the customer. All customs forms will be filled out accurately with the package contents and value.
I have no control over a package once it has entered the mailing system, including theft or lost packages. Please contact me if you do not receive your package after the estimated times and we will work together to figure things out (which may include the need for us to contact your local post office and/or customs office to file a claim)
Invoices are available for viewing under your Shopify account purchases (or in your email) and will not be included in packages.
