Cancellations must be made within ONE hour of your purchase: as most of my items are ready to ship, I do not have a long lead time and will often prepare to mail out or begin your custom order the day it is placed.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! But if you are not for some reason please contact me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can resolve the issue for you.
If you feel you must return the item please do so within seven days in new condition (the original packaging is best) I will refund the purchase price to you.
I will repair any jewelry item of mine that might happen to break due to normal wear as long as the original materials have not been altered. Please send me an email at email@example.com including a photo of the piece along with your order number.
Negligent jewelry care on the customer's part does not qualify for free product replacement.
Custom/personalized pieces are non exchangeable or refundable.
Shipping for returns and repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
